What is Big Dog Little Dog?
Big Dog Little Dog is a unique yoga-based curriculum for parents and children ages 9-12. The aim of Big Dog Little Dog is to build connection and trust between parent and child as they work together as equal partners.
How is Big Dog Little Dog unique?
Unlike "family yoga" Big Dog Little Dog encourages 1-2-1 work between one parent and one child. Children love undivided attention from their parent/carer because they experience it rarely. As a teacher of Big Dog Little Dog you can provide an opportunity for children and their parents/carers to slow down and just be with each other. Big Dog Little Dog cultivates shared experiences which are nurturing, supportive and real.
