  • You DO have the time!

    A famous yoga teacher once said, "any person can practice yoga: sick person, blind person, young person, old person. The only person who cannot practice is lazy person." Sign up and combat your inner lazy person (we all have one)! In this challenge, we make it easy to roll out your mat each day. Each lesson is pre-recorded which means you can do it when you like to completely fit in with your schedule. If you have an off-day, no sweat. You can still complete the challenge by doubling-up another day. As long as you complete all 21 days in 21 days you've succeeded!

  • You DO have the energy!

    We know from experience that getting the blood flowing and/or moving with awareness makes us feel better and gives us more energy. Do this challenge for you. If our offering on one day feels too demanding then skip it and come back to it on a day with you feel you have more to give. There is a mix of material offered in the challenge and so regardless of your energy levels there will always be enough to roll out the mat. Ashtanga teacher David Swenson said, "minimum practice: roll out your mat and stand on it."

  • What you get when you sign up for the challenge

    This is the good part! **If you live in the BVI you'll get a month of free unlimited classes with us when you finish the challenge - including another month's access to the challenge material itself so you can go back in and do any of your favourite lessons again (amazing!); ** You'll get membership to a closed Facebook Group offering support, tips and inspiration (v. cool); ** You'll receive a certificate of completion when you finish (to frame for your wall); ** Plus, you'll get 21 consecutive days of yoga - to nourish your mind and body, kick start your yoga practice and provide a sanity-line of support (yessss! just what I need)!
